These terms cover use of jinfujeos.site and the booking of services at the Melbourne clinic. They should be read with the privacy policy and the refunds page.

Website

Using this website

The site is published by Jinfujeos to describe the clinic, the fees and the method. Content is written in Australian English and is current for 2026. We may update a page when a fee or a protocol changes; the figure on the fees page is the figure we honour on the day you book.

You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not copy the text or images into another commercial site, scrape the fee table for a product you sell, or present our clinic notes as medical advice issued to a named patient.

Services

What you are booking

A booking is a request for a cosmetic trichology service listed on this site. Submitting the form does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. A time is confirmed when we reply and the deposit is arranged. Programs begin only after an assessment (or a second-opinion review we have agreed to work from).

Jinfujeos provides cosmetic trichology services. We do not diagnose medical conditions and do not prescribe medicines. Where findings suggest a medical cause, we recommend review by your GP or a dermatologist. Using the site or sitting in the room does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Fees

Fees, deposits and cancellations

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A A$50 deposit holds a confirmed time and is credited to the service. Payment methods, instalments on the 24-week program, and what is excluded from a listed fee are set out on the fees page. Moving or cancelling a booking is governed by the refunds and cancellations terms.

Conduct

In the room

We ask that you arrive in a state that allows imaging: unwashed that morning, without styling product, and able to sit for the hour. We may end a visit early if the scalp cannot be examined safely — for example if there is an untreated, weeping lesion you did not mention — and we will then follow the refund terms for unused time.

Photographs are taken only with your consent and are used for your record and for comparison. They are not used in advertising. Recording our practitioners, or photographing other people in the building, is not permitted.

Content

Clinic notes and questions

Journal pieces and the questions page explain our method. They are not written for your scalp until we have imaged it. Do not treat a general paragraph about telogen timing or density counts as a personal plan. If a note and a later findings PDF disagree, the PDF is the document that applies to you.

Law

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded continue to apply. For privacy requests see the privacy policy; for booking money see the refunds page.
