Fees

The listed fee covers the practitioner’s time in the room, use of the trichoscope and the fixed camera stand, the images captured that day, and any written recommendations that belong to that visit. Program fees also cover the named number of sessions and the review imaging set out in the table. You are not billed a second time for printing or emailing the PDF.

The fee does not cover pathology or other tests ordered by a doctor, medicines a doctor may prescribe, or products that sit outside the written protocol. If we recommend a GP visit, that appointment and any tests are arranged and paid for by you in the usual way. We do not mark up third-party care.

A deposit of A$50 is taken when a time is held. It is credited to the visit or program you booked. We accept cards and bank transfer. There is no cash desk on Level 4, and we do not add a card surcharge on top of the published figure.

The 24-week Density program may be paid in three equal parts: one at commencement, one at week 8, and one at week 16. Other programs are paid at the start of the block, after the deposit is credited. We do not invent extra line items on the day. If a phototrichogram or an extra treatment is proposed, it is the figure already printed on this page, and you can decline it.

If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, the appointment can be moved and the deposit stays on your booking. Shorter notice, and non-attendance, are handled on the refunds and cancellations page. We do not publish a concession schedule on this site; if a reduced fee is agreed in writing before the visit, that writing is what we honour.

If this is your first contact with the clinic, book the trichoscopic baseline assessment. Everything we later sell is read against that document. If you already have clear, dated images from another practice and want them read here without a new capture, book the second-opinion image review. Bring the files on the day; we will tell you in the room if they are not sufficient and will not charge the review if we cannot work from them.

If you have already completed a program with us and the picture is stable, the quarterly maintenance plan is the usual next fee: one session and one imaging review. If you only need the markers repeated, the 30-minute follow-up imaging review is enough. Do not book a new Foundation block to replace a maintenance visit; we will redirect the booking and credit the difference if we have over-sold the time.
