Request a time for the 60-minute assessment or for a program already discussed in writing. We reply during clinic hours. A A$50 deposit is taken only after the time is agreed.

How to get here
The clinic is on Level 4, 118 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000. Enter from Flinders Lane, take the lobby lift, and follow the suite sign on the fourth floor. We will include the suite number in the confirmation so you are not guessing at the door.
Flinders Street Station is the closest rail. Trams along Swanston Street, Collins Street and Flinders Street all stop within a few minutes’ walk. There is no on-site car park. Commercial stations on Flinders Street and Exhibition Street are the usual choice if you drive. Saturday mornings are busier in the lane; give yourself a little extra time rather than arriving late with wet hair from a last-minute wash.
Hours
When we are open
Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Saturday, 9:00 to 14:00. Closed Sunday and Monday. The last assessment on a weekday is usually 16:45 so that the hour can finish without rushing the last zone. We do not hold a walk-in list. If you are running late, call; after fifteen minutes we may need to rebook so the next marked field is not compressed.

What happens to the request
The form is stored at the clinic so we can reply. We do not use it for a mailing list. If the time you asked for is taken, we will offer the next two openings. The deposit is arranged only when you accept a slot. Cancellation rules sit on the refunds page.
