The booking form uses a short server session so that a successful or failed request can be shown after you are sent back to the contact page. That session is not an advertising cookie and it expires when the browser is closed or the session ends. It is not controlled by the Accept / Decline buttons because without it the form cannot tell you whether the request was stored.

If you accept, we may record which pages are opened so that we know whether the fee list, the notes or the assessment page is doing the work. We do not build a marketing profile, we do not sell that count, and we do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.

If you decline, we store only the decline value so the panel does not return on every page, and we do not use the optional reading cookie. Clearing site data in your browser removes the stored choice and the panel will appear again.

The contact page includes a map of 118 Flinders Lane served by Google Maps. Loading that embed may allow Google to set its own cookies, according to Google’s terms. If you do not want that, do not open the contact page map, or use a browser setting that blocks third-party cookies. The address is also written in plain text so you can navigate without the embed.

Headings use Poppins and body text uses PT Serif, loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly. Google’s font service may log the request. You can block that domain in the browser if you prefer the fallback system fonts; the pages remain readable.
