Programs are measured in weeks, not visits

Each program includes the in-clinic sessions named below, review imaging, and a written home protocol. The Foundation fee credits a baseline assessment already paid in the previous eight weeks. Density and Recovery quote the full block; if you have just completed an assessment, we deduct A$185 from the first invoice.

These can be booked inside a program or, after an assessment, as single visits. We will not sell a treatment that the baseline images do not support.

The home protocol is a short sequence: a named shampoo, a topical step, and a frequency. We dispense from a small range held at the clinic. A typical month starts from A$68. If a product you already own does the same job, we write that down rather than replacing it for the sake of a sale.

We do not sell kits of seven jars. A crowded bathroom makes adherence worse and makes the week-12 review harder to interpret, because we cannot tell which step did the work. If the protocol needs a second topical, we add it with a reason tied to a marker — scale, erythema, or calibre — and we drop it again if that marker does not move.

Review imaging repeats the four markers: follicular density, shaft calibre and its variation, anagen share where a phototrichogram was part of the baseline, and the erythema and scaling pattern. The report places the new frames beside the old ones and writes, zone by zone, what is stable and what has shifted enough to mention.

The document is the same shape as the original findings PDF, so you can read them as a pair. We do not replace numbers with mood language. If the honest sentence is that density is unchanged and scale is quieter, that is the sentence you receive. A quieter scalp can still be a reason to continue; it is not dressed up as a density win.
